Return Policy:
No returns without preapproval from publisher. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of such material. Due to the nature of these items, DVDs are non-refundable unless unopened or defective. Defective DVDs will be replaced with a new DVD of the same title. No refunds of toys damaged by dogs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
